At Wellington Education, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding our refund policies. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

1.1 The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is required to secure your place in the program and covers administrative costs associated with the enrollment process.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

2.1 Withdrawal Before Program Start:

– If you choose to withdraw from a program before the official start date, you may be eligible for a refund of the tuition fees paid, minus the non-refundable registration fee and any other applicable administrative charges.

2.2 Withdrawal After Program Start:

– If you withdraw from a program within the first [X] days after the program has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the tuition fees. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the program completed and any additional administrative charges.

– No refunds will be provided for withdrawals made after the first [X] days of the program.

3. Refund Process

3.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office at info@wellingtoncampus.co

3.2 Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request and all necessary documentation.

3.3 Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1 In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen events, Wellington Education may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required to process such requests.

4.2 Decisions regarding exceptional circumstance refunds are at the sole discretion of Wellington Education and are final.

5. Program Changes and Cancellations by Wellington Education

5.1 If Wellington Education cancels a program or makes significant changes to the program structure, a full refund of all tuition fees (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) will be provided.

5.2 In the case of program modifications that do not significantly impact the program’s delivery, content, or outcomes, no refunds will be provided.
